ROOMCON is a decentralized science blockchain project designed to support researchers engaged in fundamental and applied sciences. It enables them to record their projects on the WEB3-based ROOMCON research platform’s blockchain ledger. When governance participants verify and validate the feasibility of a research project, various market participants can provide liquidity in ROOMCON, ensuring smooth and efficient research funding. The goal of our project is to establish a sustainable and stable research ecosystem through ROOMCON’s liquidity. This initiative aims to break away from the current reality, where researchers are heavily dependent on government grants, forced to navigate bureaucratic hurdles, and face uncertainty in securing funding. Given the recurring cuts to government R&D budgets and the external influences of policies, economic conditions, and political shifts, it is crucial to create an ecosystem where researchers can confidently lead their work without external interference.
